We offer both Standard and Express shipping with Australia Post.
Standard shipping is free for all orders over $55.

Orders are packed and shipped on weekdays and most parcels sent via standard parcel service arrive within 3-5 business days, often quicker for addresses in major cities.

If you need your order sooner we recommend using an Express postage service for the quickest delivery time. We cannot always guarantee your package will arrive at a set date on short notice.

At this time our store only ships to domestic addresses within Australia.

As per Australian law we cannot accept change of mind returns of food items.

However, should your tea arrive spoiled in some way please contact us immediately.
