Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer two shipping options for customers across Australia:

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $55 AUD. The free shipping threshold is applied to your order subtotal after any discounts.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
International Shipping
At this time, Atlas Tea Co. does not offer international shipping. We hope to bring our teas to more corners of the world in the future - stay tuned!
